Come on a journey... Facing the Mistral Park, the Louis 10 restaurant provides a chic and contemporary setting. The manager, Charles Henri Ducret, with a solid experience in establishments such as that of Paul Bocuse or the Hotel Le Bristol, wanted a decor inspired by the trendy restaurants which he had discovered on his travels throughout the world. He called on the services of the decorator Tony Lemâle (from the interior decorating programme “Emission Intérieurs” on Paris Première) to bring coherence and harmony to the project. The menu, drawn up by the chef Sandro Belle (trained by Marc Veyrat), includes classical dishes as well as more creative cuisine. Enjoy the warm and friendly atmosphere of the bar, sampling sushi around the fireplace.
